Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Histotechnician or Histologic Technologist.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in tissue processing, microtomy, staining techniques, and IHC procedures.
- Strong understanding of laboratory principles, instrumentation, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., CAP, CLIA).
