Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team providing home health services throughout the Napa and East Bay areas. This role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful patient interactions, and the chance to make a difference in patients’ independence and quality of life—all within a supportive, high-performing team.
Both Guaranteed Hours and Non-Guaranteed Hours options are available:
Guaranteed Hours Option:
- 36-hour weekly guarantee with a productivity goal of 27 points per week.
- Must be flexible to travel outside the assigned area or work weekends to maintain caseload expectations.
- Guarantee not applicable for holidays, PTO weeks, or first/last week of the assignment.
Non-Guaranteed Hours Option:
- Paid on a per-visit basis.
- May travel outside the service area as needed.
- Must be willing to see COVID+ and PUI patients.
- No guaranteed hours.
Visit Point System (for hour calculation):
- Routine, Evaluation, and OASIS-related visits = 1 point = 1.33 hours
- All rates include travel time, documentation, calls, and patient communication.
Requirements:
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Current TB test (annual)
- Proof of MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap (within 10 years), and annual Flu vaccination
- Drug screen and physical exam clearance
