Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility setting. This contract position offers a potential path to permanent employment for the right candidate. The ideal applicant is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence through individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.

• Provide patient and family education on exercises, mobility techniques, and safe practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active Physical Therapist license in California.
• Less than 1 year of experience required; recent graduates are welcome.
