Description

Registered Nurse – Critical Care (Direct Hire)
Type: Direct Hire | Full-time | 36 hours/week
Shifts Available:

Two 3rd shift positions
One 1st shift position
One PRN (24 hours/week)

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Range: $32.61 – $49.28 (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
- 3rd shift: +$4.00/hr
- Weekend: +$3.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
- $15,000 for new graduates
- $20,000 for nurses with 1+ years of experience
Relocation Bonus: Not available
Assignment Length: 36 months

Requirements

Active RN license (Illinois preferred)
Current BLS certification (AHA required)
ACLS certification
Minimum 1 year ICU experience preferred (new grads considered case by case)
