Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology / Acute Care (Night Shift)
Schedule: Full-Time | 7p–7a
Location: Marietta, Georgia, 30060

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join the Oncology/Acute Care unit. The RN will work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team to provide safe, individualized, and evidence-based patient care. This role is ideal for nurses who value teamwork, patient advocacy, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide high-quality, relationship-centered patient care
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Participate in care rounds, performance improvement efforts, and shared decision-making
• Support and uphold nursing standards, policies, and ethical practices

Requirements:
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Active RN license (Georgia or Multi-State Compact)
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS preferred (can be obtained after hire if needed)
