Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled and supportive team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This 13-week contract offers a great opportunity to make an impact on patients’ lives through rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with patient care plans and facility standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement treatment goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual not required

Additional Details:

• 13-week assignment with 30 guaranteed hours per week
• Flexible schedule with variable shifts
• No holiday coverage required
