✨ Exemplary Patient Care

• Deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate nursing care across Med Surg units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet individualized patient needs.

🎓 Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (GA or Compact State) – Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA) – Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required
• National Specialty Certification – Preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience – Required
• Proficiency in Epic or similar EMR systems – Preferred

Skills:

• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
