💼 What You’ll Do

As the Office Manager (RN), you’ll play a dual role as both a clinical and operational leader, ensuring smooth, safe, and high-quality practice operations.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — Required
• Master’s in Nursing (MSN) — Preferred

Licensure & Certification:

• Active RN license (Single-State or Multi-State Compact) — Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA Certification Required upon hire

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management or supervisory experience — Required
• Ambulatory or oncology clinic leadership experience — Preferred
