Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who are passionate about helping patients achieve their highest level of physical function through compassionate and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists and care teams.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions in accordance with established goals and safety standards.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, patient-centered rehabilitation environment.

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS certification required.
