Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Roseville, CA

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. New graduates are welcome to apply! The PT will provide patient-centered rehabilitation services, helping residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Must hold an active California PT license
New graduates are welcome
Less than 1 year of experience required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
