Position: Labor & Delivery Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (16:45 – 05:15) Details: Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, STABLE, Fetal Heart Certification, OR/CS Training Experience: Accepts first-time travelers Department Information: 10 Labor Rooms, 2 ORs, 3 Triage Beds Average of 100 deliveries per month (approximately 23 C-sections) High-risk labor patients CST assists in labor rooms as a tech and in the OR for C-sections 3-bed triage area for outpatient pregnant patients On-Call: Required as needed Float: None Skills Required: Sterilization, case cart setup, aseptic technique C-sections, dilation & curettage, vaginal deliveries Equipment: suction, cautery, D&C machine Computer proficiency, excellent customer service, and teamwork Assist in labor room setup, specimen handling, and interdepartmental communication Additional Information: Radius Rule: Must live at least 100 miles from the facility Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (16:45 – 05:15)
