Description

We are a mission-driven educational organization serving students ages 5–21 with diverse learning needs. Our collaborative, multidisciplinary environment empowers both students and staff to reach their fullest potential. You’ll work alongside experienced educators, therapists, and specialists dedicated to providing holistic care that fosters independence, mobility, and confidence.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide individualized therapy to students with visual impairments and additional developmental needs. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, occupational therapists, and orientation/mobility specialists to create comprehensive, goal-oriented plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop IEP-based treatment plans.

Deliver PT Sessions to students (30 minutes each).

Support gross motor development, strength, balance, and mobility for school aged children.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning.

Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.

Manageable caseloads that allow time for individualized attention and professional growth. School-day schedule promoting work–life balance (no evenings or weekends). Opportunity to impact students’ functional independence and overall quality of life. Open to new graduates eager to grow in a school-based setting.
