Tele RN; Neuro Stepdown - Louisville KY - Night shift

EKG EXAM REQUIRED: Will be required to pass an advanced dysrhythmia test for competency assessment
KY/Comp license and EPIC exp required
Ratios 14' BLS ACLS NIH required

- Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Telemetry - on the unit monitoring Use of Rapid Response Teams

- Gastrointestinal/Genitourinary/Renal Feeding tube care and management Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management Renal failure

- IV Therapy/Phlebotomy Accessing Ports Blood Product Administration Central line care/management Peripheral Line Care/Management Phlebotomy PICC line management Starting IVs

- Medications Heparin Protocols PCA Titrate Cardiac drips

- Neurological/Psychiatric CVA Pre/Post neurosurgery Traumatic Brain injury
