Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Vancouver, WA -

13 weeks

M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

Coverage Area: Vancouver, WA.. and surrounding cities Camas, Battle Ground
Working additional PT SOC on weekends is optional
30 units
HH required HCHB desired

Skills
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous home care experience - Preferred

HCHB EMR preferred

Education
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
