- Minimum 2 years bedside clinical experience (highly desired)
- PCU / Step-Down experience – Required
- Experience with vents – Required
- Experience with critical drips – Required
Certifications:
- BLS – Required before first shift
- ACLS – Required (for CIRH only)
Education: Active RN license (state-specific)
