🏥 Facility: Accura Healthcare Corporate
🌙 Shift: 12 Hr Overnight
🕕 Time: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 34.5 GH
🏡 Type of Facility: Nursing Home
📍 Location: Marshalltown, IA
📅 Schedule: Every other weekend rotation included
Requirements:
✅ CURRENT RESUME
MUST Include:
-Agency name
-Facility Name
-Month & year for each facility
-Charting systems used (ex.:EPIC, PCC, etc.)
- employment status (Travel/local/PRN/Permanent)
-Duties at each facility 🩺
✅ 3 REFERENCE
- 1 Supervisor Reference (from last year):Include name, facility, and year
-2 Colleagues Reference (from last year):Include name, facility, year
(Make sure employment dates are listed )
