  • Shift: Night 3x12-Hour

  • Location: Grand Junction, CO
  • Start date: 01/05/2025

Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)

  • Hourly:$35/hr W2 + $1246/week (non - taxable stipend)
  • Gross:$2,506/weekly

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic healthcare team providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients across various acuity levels. The RRT will assess, treat, and manage patients with cardiopulmonary disorders in accordance with physician orders, established protocols, and professional standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders across ICU, Med-Surg, ER, and other units.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and airway clearance techniques.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and other respiratory equipment.
  • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Respond to Code Blue and rapid response situations, providing airway management and emergency care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.


    Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years of RRT experience
  • Valid CO state license.
  • Graduate of a NBRC approved Respiratory Therapist program is required. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
  • BLS (required)
  • ARRT(required)
