Physical Therapist (2 years)

Description

Days: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift Type: 5x8 DAYS
- Primary Setting: Outpatient
- Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Time (GT): 40 hours/week
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years recent licensed PT experience
- At least 1 recently completed travel assignment
- Homecare/Homebase experience required
- Vaccination & Boosters: Required
