ER Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights / Evenings

Job Summary

As an Emergency Room RN, you’ll deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assess, plan, and implement nursing care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
Ensure safe and effective operation of equipment and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Support emergency procedures, admissions, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Required:
- 1+ year of Acute Care ER RN experience
- Active Florida RN License (or compact state license; must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS – must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $30.60 – $45.90 (based on experience)
- 10+ years: ~$38.25/hr | 18+ years: ~$45.90/hr
- Please note: salary discussions will align with experience within range.
Shift Differentials: $4.25 Nights | $2.00 Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation: Case-by-case consideration
