Long Term Care Nurse (2 years)

Description

MUST READ!!!

RN - LTC

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
LTC RN
Start date: 3 weeks from offer
13 week assignment with possible extension
Nights; Some weekends; Holidays (when needed)
Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission)
First time travelers considered
LTC experience strongly preferred
Required Certifications: BLS, GA or Compact LPN License
COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
Flu Vaccine: Unknown
Minimum 1 year experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs
Travel experience preferred
Modules: non-billable, up to 8 hours pre-start, recorded through HealthStream
Compliance: Qualivis Candidate Submission form must be fully completed; copy of Driver’s License required for verification of residence
Local rate applies for residence within 31-50 miles; less than 30 miles not accepted
