Description
Shift: Days, 5x8s
Documentation: Net Health
Certification Requirements: NBCOT, MBOT license
Requirements: Preferred 2+ years of experience in a SNF setting but will consider those with less than 2 years
Other Requirements: Prior experience with PDPM and Section GG preferred
