Job Opportunity: MST RN – Float Pool (ED Holds)

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced MST RN to join the Float Pool team. The role requires floating between multiple campuses and units, including ED Holds as needed.

Key Details

• Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent MST experience
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIH
• License: Must have NJ or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Uniform: Navy Blue scrub color
• EMR System: Cerner
• Vaccination Requirement: Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)

Contract Length

• 8 weeks

Additional Requirements

• RN must make up any called-out shift within the same week; if unable, an additional week will be added to the contract. Failure to make up shifts may result in termination.

Compliance & Screening

• Background check and drug screen required
• Various competency exams and mandatory trainings
• Verification of education, license, and certifications
• Immunizations and health screenings including Hep B, MMR, Varicella, TB, Influenza vaccine
• National and state registry checks

This position is ideal for MST RNs with solid experience looking for a flexible float role within a hospital system.
