Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

What You’ll Do
Assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment and care plans in collaboration with physicians and families
Deliver evidence-based therapy, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination for optimal outcomes
Document assessments, treatments, and progress with accuracy and timeliness
Educate patients and families on exercises, self-care, and long-term health strategies
Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Technicians
Serve as a clinical resource and educator for staff
Uphold patient confidentiality and professional ethical standards

What We’re Looking For
Education: Valid and active state Physical Therapy license (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred)
Experience: 2 years outpatient PT experience preferred; Orthopedic background ideal. New grads welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate care

 

Up to $95K salary + monthly performance bonus up to $2K Student loan repayment & sign-on bonus 2.5 weeks PTO, CME credit ($1,700) + CME PTO Career ladder with opportunities in research or clinical instruction
