Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
First-time travelers not accepted

Patient Population:

Neonates and infants
Adults

Certifications:

BLS required
ACLS required
NRP required
AWHONN Intermediate preferred

General Skills and Unit Expectations:

Seeking motivated, experienced L&D travelers who thrive in a team-focused environment
Responsibilities include vaginal deliveries, C-sections, multiple births, managing postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy-induced hypertension and D&C cases

Ratios and Census:

Ratios: 1:1 to 1:2
Unit includes 16 L&D beds, an average daily census of 15 and a 6-bed L&D triage area
