Unit & Assignment Details Adaptive Acuity Unit Travelers will occasionally be required to provide PCU-level care (3:1 ratio). This requirement is non-negotiable and may not be refused. Drip experience is REQUIRED. 48-hour schedules will NOT be considered. Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 Number of Beds: 25 Non-billable Orientation: 0 hours Local travelers (within 50 miles) are typically not eligible unless specified by facility. Holiday Policy NO Holiday RTO will be approved for this need. All available holiday time has already been allocated. Pay & Differentials Holiday Multiplier: 1.25% OT: No multiplier — all overtime is paid at the regular hourly rate Call, Call-back, and Charge: Not applicable for this assignment
