Shift: 8H Evening, Night Mostly 2-10 with an occasional 10-6 shift
Unit Notes: Important Info to Review:
- 80-mile LOCAL
- LOCAL ADJUSTED BILL RATE
- LOCAL ADJUSTED OT BILL RATE
- No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities
- No on call or call back available
- $500 fee if clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice
- If GSS housing is used, local rates apply
Guarantee (Clinical): 36 hours/week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours/week for eight to ten-hour shifts
Work week: Sunday through Saturday
Cancellation Policy: 2 week's notice
