Unit: Cath Lab – Cost Center 746 Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Unit Information Facility: St. Mark’s Hospital Address: 1200 E 3900 South, Salt Lake City, UT Floor: 2nd Floor – Cath Lab Building: Main Hospital About the Unit Number of Labs: 2 Total Staff: 15 Day Shift Staffing: 6–8 Night Shift: On-call coverage Daily Case Volume: Variable, 5–15 cases/day Equipment: GE EMR: EPIC / Merge Skills & Experience Requirements Must-Have Skills (required for consideration) Diagnostic & interventional scrubbing with cardiologist IABP / Impella experience Preferred Skills (priority consideration) Rota TAVR Watchman MitraClip Common Procedures Diagnostic angiograms PCIs STEMIs Structural heart procedures Certifications (Required) RCIS, RT, CVT, or RN who scrubs Additional Details Best Personality Fit Flexible Team-oriented Strong work ethic Floating None Dress Code Navy scrubs (provided by facility) Weekends / Call Requirements Approximately 10 call days per assignment Must include at least 1 weekend per month
