Position: LPN – Nights

Location: Michigan
Shift: Nights, 12 hours (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Local Radius: 100 miles (locals not accepted)

Submission Requirements

2+ years of experience — Required
BLS (AHA) — Required (not expiring in the next 6 mos)
Active state license or compact (not expiring in the next 6 mos)
Previous travel experience — Highly preferred
Must have personal vehicle

Profile Requirements:

Work history MUST include Facility Name, Month & year for duration on each facility, charting used (EPIC, PCC etc) and Duties for each facility listed on resume
Skills checklist (current within 1 year and specific to specialty)
2 supervisory reference forms (within last 2 years)
Candidate’s permanent address (must be outside 100-mile radius) a driver's license or ID that proves residency
