Pay package:

Gross weekly: $2461/week
Breakdown:
w2 (taxable): $20/hr
perdiem (non taxable): $1741/week

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of exp. as a PCU/ICU
Required: WA/Compact State license
Active ACLS (AHA) & BLS (AHA)
