This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols.</li><li>Operate MRI equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images.</li><li>Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout procedures.</li><li>Screen patients for contraindications and monitor them during imaging.</li><li>Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to support patient diagnosis and treatment.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.</li><li>Ensure proper care and maintenance of MRI equipment.</li><li>Follow infection control and patient confidentiality guidelines.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent required.</li><li>Active North Carolina state license or eligibility to obtain.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years recent MRI experience preferred.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of MRI systems and imaging protocols.</li><li>Excellent communication and patient care skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
