Shift & Schedule

Shift: Day, 4x10-hour shifts (05:00–15:30)
Variable start times: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 10:30 AM, or 3:30 PM

Certifications Required:

Chemo/Hazardous Drug*
IV Certification*
State license (CA license must be active at submission)
PharmD or RPh only
Epic charting experience required
