About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular team. This role involves scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures, including Coronary Angiograms with PCI, Pacemakers, and Peripheral Aortograms. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, adaptability to varying shift schedules, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cath Lab procedures including coronary interventions, pacemaker insertions, and peripheral aortograms.
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor patients during procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain and operate Cath Lab equipment effectively.
• Document patient care and procedural details accurately.
• Fulfill call requirements: 8–12 call shifts per month, including one weekend of call per month.

Required Qualifications

• Either RCIS certification OR ARRT with California state license.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, State license.
• Minimum of 5 years of Cath Lab experience.
• Demonstrated experience in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Radiology Technologist with California ARRT license*.
• Additional certifications: ARRT, CCI RCIS.

Shift Details

• Day shifts:
  • 3x12-hour (06:45 – 19:15)
  • 3x12-hour (08:45 – 21:15)
• Local BR differs: schedules may be either 4x10s or 3x12s.
