Shift: 12-Hour Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Schedule: Works 3 out of 4 weekends

Unit / Facility Notes

• Local radius: 80 miles/ travelers should be outside the radius to be considered as one
• No on-call or call-back available
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week for 12-hour shifts.
• Setting: Post-Acute
• Charting System: Point Click Care

Certifications Required

• BLS

**Must have at least 1yr of recent experience in LTC setting.**

Candidates with below the minimum experience required and incomplete requirements will not be entertained
