ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Brookings, OR Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Day Shift, 13-week assignment Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.</li><li>Conduct assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.</li><li>Document patient progress and treatment interventions according to facility protocols.</li><li>Support patients' functional independence during their recoveries.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon.</li><li>Minimum of 6 months of recent experience working in SNF or LTC environments.</li><li>Ability to workday shifts and adapt to a scheduled workload of approximately 32 hours per week.</li><li>Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.</li></ul>Preferred Experience / Skills:<ul><li>Prior experience covering maternity leave or short-term temporary assignments.</li><li>Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.</li></ul>
