Title: Physical Therapist What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>Conduct assessments to create personalized rehabilitation programs.</li><li>Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments and interventions.</li><li>Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.</li><li>Educate and motivate residents to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.</li><li>Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.</li><li>Supervising an amazing group of PTAs.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.</li><li>Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.</li><li>Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.</li></ul>Requirements: Education<ul><li>Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program. </li></ul>Licenses/Certification<ul><li>Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.</li><li>Current CPR certification.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.</li></ul>
