RN - PSYCH/BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

• Shift: 07:00 PM-07:30 AM

• Description: Psych Nurse needed at a facility in Saratoga, NY; 

  minimum 2-3 years inpatient mental health unit experience

• Travel Experience: Preferred
• Certifications/Training: BLS, De-Escalation training required

• Experience Requirements: Current inpatient MHU/BHU experience; 

  MUST have EPIC experience

• Schedule: Every other weekend/holiday

   

• Facility Policy: Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per contract; candidates from the following NY counties not accepted: Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, Albany

• Requirements: At least 2 years recent experience, current BLS certification, current nursing license per state

   

• Notable Requirements: County restrictions; facility physical required ; Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemption must be submitted 10 days before start)
• Unit Details:
  • Charting: EPIC
  • Candidates who worked as staff at this facility in past year not considered
  • Candidates who worked full-time within AMC network (AMC, GFH, Saratoga, CMH) in past 6 months not considered
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
