Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support therapy services in a skilled nursing environment. This role involves assisting in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care within a 130-bed facility. Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse patient needs and collaborating closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist with patient treatments in accordance with established care plans.
• Support mobility, strengthening, and functional training activities.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive therapy environment.

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• AM shift
• Includes one weekend day (schedule options: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)

Requirements:

• Active state PTA license (must be current and in good standing)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (skilled nursing facility experience preferred)
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
