Job Summary:
A skilled and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant is needed for a contract assignment within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will bring prior SNF experience and familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima), though these are preferred rather than required. An active California PTA license is mandatory at the time of submission.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Support patient treatment plans, therapeutic activities, and mobility training.
  • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

  • Active California Physical Therapy Assistant license (must be current).
  • Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Experience with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a varied caseload.
  • No bilingual requirement.

  • Up to 15 submissions accepted for consideration
