Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

💰 Compensation & Incentives

Hourly Pay: $32.00–$40.00 (10 yrs exp.) up to $48.00/hr (17+ yrs exp.)
Sign-On Bonus:
- $15,000 – Day Shift
- $10,000 – Night Shift
Shift Differentials:
- Nights: $4.25/hr
- Weekends (Fri 11p–Sun 11p): $3.00/hr
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case approval

🩺 Job Summary

As an ER RN, you’ll care for patients across all acuity levels—from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. You’ll manage multiple cases, collaborate closely with providers, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Rapidly triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Provide discharge instructions and follow-up care guidance
Coordinate with physicians and interdepartmental teams
Maintain strict patient safety and compliance standards

🔹 Qualifications

1 year of recent acute care experience (Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED required)
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact (60 days to obtain FL license after relocation)
Education: ADN or Diploma in Nursing
Required certifications (timeline from start):
- BLS – within 30 days
- ACLS – within 90 days
- PALS – within 90 days
- ENPC – within 6 months
- CPI/Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 6 months
