Description
NICU RRT - Can consider SOME peds, but must have NICU exp, NRP REQUIRED - rotating or all night position - 36 hours/week, every third weekend - Delivery room experience preferred - level 2 and 3 NICU/Special Care Nursery - Birthing hospital NICU - Essential Responsibilities: Performs and interprets tests and procedures to assess and manage patient care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other health care team members. Works autonomously in a variety of clinical settings to include administration of respiratory care protocols. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required . CPR-AHA NRP REQUIRED RRT 2+ years related work experience required. RC and be certified to manage artificial airways, mechanical ventilation, administer aerosolized medications and provide oxygen therapy. NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Start date: ASAP starts, 4 weeks out for compliance Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday)
