We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our patient care team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering respiratory assessment, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic interventions across a variety of patient populations. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments for patients of varying acuity levels.
• Provide respiratory support and treatment, including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, nebulizer therapy, and airway management.
• Conduct diagnostic testing, including Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) and Cardiac Stress Testing.
• Deliver care across multiple patient populations including:
  • Adult Critical Care
  • Neonatal and Pediatric Care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
• Assist providers in evaluating and adjusting respiratory treatment plans.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff.
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control policies.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential
• American Heart Association Certifications:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Adult Critical Care
• Experience in Neonatal & Pediatric Respiratory Care
• Experience performing Pulmonary Function Testing
• Experience in Cardiac Stress Testing
