Position Details

Role: Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA)
Certifications Required:
- NBSTSA – CSFA (required)
- AHA BLS (required)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years recent Surgical Assist experience
- Must be trained in:
  - Robotics
  - Vascular
  - Neuro
- Preferred: Open heart / cardiac experience
RTO Allowed: Maximum 5 days, must be submitted up front
Floating: Not specified (assume standard OR float within periop if needed)
