Description

Full-time ER RN

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital, Ocala, FL

Salary Range: $32.00 - $40.00 (10 years of experience) - $48.00 (17+ years of experience)

Shift Differentials: Nights $4.25

Weekend Shift Diff: Weekend is Fri 11p-Sun 11p with a $3.00 diff (Must work 4 or more productive hours during that defined time frame).

Sign On: $15K for days and $10K for nights

Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

What qualifications you will need:

1 year of Recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED acute care experience Required
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages
Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually
You will provide follow up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals
You must coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while being patient focused and safety aware at all times
