RN - LTC NURSING HOME

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) DAY
Start date: 2 weeks from offer; 13-week assignment with possible extension; Some weekends; Holidays (when needed); Minimal to no RTO
Required Certifications: BLS
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year LTC experience; Previous travel experience required
EMR: ECS
Unit Details & Interdisciplinary Support: Physical Therapy, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary
Patient Diagnoses / Special Procedures / Equipment: Not specified
Compliance: Qualivis Candidate Submission form must be fully completed; deadline 1 week prior to start
Local/Travel Rule: Local rate applies for 31-50 miles; travelers <30 miles not accepted
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
