General Information:
o Beds: 2 rooms – 1 EP/Cath room, 1 Cath Lab
o Minimum Years of Experience? 2 years,
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Cath Lab - Diagnostics, interventional, femoral and radial approach, IFR, FFR, Balloon pumps
Average cases per day:
o 4
Required Licensure & Certifications: BLS, ARRT or RCIS; ACLS preferred
Skills required: Cath lab experience and experience with the above patient types.
o Balloon pumps, temp pacers
o This is a 24/7. 365 STEMI Program. Travelers need to work well together, maintain a team environment, have great communication skills, work well interdisciplinary teams, Willing to teach and educate others
Support within the Department:
o Receptionist/HUC
o Respiratory therapy
o Hospitalist
