𩺠What Youāll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans.
Prescribe medications, monitor effectiveness, and ensure continuity of care.
Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to build trust and deliver equitable care.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver team-based care.

ā What Weāre Looking For
Active Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license in Michigan.
National certification as an FNP-C.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (verbal and written).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (but not required).
Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
