Certs Req: DC RN Licensure, BLS, VAD
Preferred: VAD Certification within 1-1/2 Yrs
Skills:
-Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
-Coordinates the monitoring of patients with ventricular assist devices during procedures and operations.
-Collaborates with Materials Management, Equipment Technician/Manager and others to maintain device inventory, tracking, and FDA recall response.
-Looking for a VAD Engineer or VAD Nurse Coordinator proficient in management of the VAD, ideally able to take VAD call & sit procedures, required - VAD Patient Education in accordance with regulatory standards.
