Schedule Notes:

07:30–16:30, Monday–Friday

Work split between clinic and warehouse setting
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Location:

Main: 6 Wheeler St, Greene, NY

Settings: Split between an onsite Occupational Medicine clinic and a manufacturing/warehouse facility (across the street)

Occasional Travel: Binghamton and/or Syracuse for meetings

Certifications & Licensure:

Candidates with below the minimum experience required and incomplete requirements will not be entertained

• Required:
  • Current NY Physical Therapy license or eligibility
  • BLS (AHA, HSI, or Red Cross)
  • **Must have at least 1yr of recent experience in hospital/ in patient setting.**
