Facility: Eastern Idaho – Idaho Falls, ID Unit: Operating Room (OR) | Cost Center: 701 Address: 3100 Channing Way, Idaho Falls, ID – 2nd Floor Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week EMR: Meditech Required Cert: BLS Scrubs/Dress Code: Per AORN standards Unit Details 13 Operating Rooms Staffing: 25 RNs / 29 CSTs Trauma Team Available Off-Hours Weekend Trauma Coverage: 1 RN / 1 CST, plus Saturday call team Required Experience 3+ years OR experience Trauma experience Shift & call flexibility Preferred Skills CNOR Burn & Robotic experience Neuro experience Procedures General surgery, trauma, ortho, neuro (stealth/spine/crani), open heart (CABG), plastics, ENT, dental, gynecology, urology, GI, ophthalmology, burns, robotics, ECT psych cases. Scheduling / Call Monday–Friday variable staffing based on OR needs Weekend call rotation every 4 weeks Call used to support evenings/nights; 2–12 hr shifts Max combined working/call hours ≈ 60 per week Ideal Personality Team player, outgoing, critical thinker, forward-thinking
