Description
Position: Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
(Will float to Med-Surg/Telemetry as needed)
Location: Burlington, MA
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.); every other weekend and holiday rotation
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Education: ASN required
Required Experience:
- PCU and Med/Surg experience
- Titrating pressors and managing vasoactive drips
- Managing patients on high-flow oxygen and BiPAP
- Telemetry experience required
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant inpatient experience (at least 2 years in PCU or MS/Tele at a Level I Trauma facility)
- Previous travel experience preferred
Requirements/Certifications:
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- BLS required
- Must pass Telemetry test on first day of assignment (fail could result in assignment termination)
Float Requirement: Will float as needed to Med-Surg/Telemetry units
